A Personal Conversation
Sometimes it helps to have someone walk alongside you for a while.
Not every conversation needs to take place in a group. Sometimes you simply need personal attention, someone who will listen to you and think things through with you.
That is why I also offer the opportunity for a personal conversation, either by appointment or online.
During such a conversation, there is space to share what is on your mind. Drawing from my life experience, professional background, faith, and my role as a Life & Ministry Coach, I listen, think things through with you, and offer encouragement and practical guidance where possible.
An online conversation can take place through an agreed form of video calling.
Important: These conversations are intended for encouragement, coaching, and personal support and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

For personal and online conversations, I do not charge a fixed fee. My desire is to keep encouragement, coaching, and personal support accessible to people who need it.
If, after a conversation or gathering, or simply out of appreciation for the work of Carmen Ministry, you would like to make a voluntary contribution, you are very welcome to do so. You decide for yourself whether you wish to contribute and how much.
A financial contribution is entirely voluntary and is not a condition for getting in touch, requesting a conversation, or receiving support.
